Durango High School senior Haley Wilhelmsen, left, and sophomore Blake McClain, and other members of the National Art Honor Society took time out Tuesday afternoon from their holiday break to paint a mural on campus at the School Based Health Center. Wilhelmsen said the inspiration for the mural was the color palette of a virus as seen under a microscope. Wilhelmsen is the daughter of Lorie and Win Wilhelmsen, and McClain is the son of Sue and Scott McClain.
